Will my data remain confidential ?

You always decide to what data outsourced personnel have access; usually only a fraction at a time.

With such a procedure, there is no need to transfer vast amounts of data to an external location. This also means that you remain in control of all of your data at any point in time.


How long does it take for the outsourced personnel to be operational ?

In less than 4 weeks, once we have analyzed your needs and computer infrastructure, we will complete the logistical set up and have a qualified candidate ready to start.


What happens if I am not satisfied with your candidate ?

Your account manager will make with you an assessment of the issues and, obviously, propose another solution or another candidate.


How do I pay your candidates ?

E-nitiative works exclusively with its own employees. You will be invoiced from Belgium on a monthly basis by E-nitiative.
